Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Loyalty. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms below.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during new releases, sales, or high-volume periods. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery time is  3-5 business days after the order has shipped. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

We currently ship within the United States. If international shipping is available, rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.

Loyalty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. If further assistance is needed, you may contact us and we will try to help.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Loyalty is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
